Speculation: Ferland, Bennett and Lazar need new contracts (Ferland has filed for arb.)

I would think that if management offered him anywhere near $2 million, Ferland wouldn't be heading to arbitration. There's already a few comparables, under $2 million, with the exception being Hyman, who signed for an extra year and produced more points than Ferland ever has, in his rookie season. I'm not too worried about him getting overpaid.
