Agreed. On paper we have a solid D core now. That is what makes us different then the TGO coyotes, or the pre-McDavid Oilers. It is still too early to tell this year how things will work out. We have so many young forwards that could be 50 point players this year or get sent to the AHL (DVO/Duclair/Keller/Perlini/Strome). Tocc has to juggle learning, too many mistakes, playing time, healthy scratches, and sending guys to the AHL. Chayka will have to evaluate roster decisions, trades and waving players. There is some luck involved that can make Tocc or Chayka look stupid or very smart.
