I guess this falls under science, pretty amazing to see the thought process and early ideas of a genius as he develops he theory of relativity. This could be yours for somewhere between $2M and $3,5M though I would not be surprised if it went higher.

"The 54-page manuscript, which goes on sale Tuesday, was written jointly in Zurich by the Nobel Prize-winning scientist and Michele Besso -- a Swiss engineer and Einstein's collaborator, lifelong friend and confidant."

Sale of rare Einstein manuscript offers glimpse into the mind of a genius

This is the famous manuscript where he invented Connect Four.

If that was Heisenberg, Pauli, Dirac, Planck, de Broglie, Born or Bohr (I'm a sucker for the Solvay 1927 conference (probably the biggest assembly of geniuses)), I would bite. ;)
After I read the demands he had regarding his wife, I lost a lot of respect for him. Also, how Mileva is lost in history, despite the impact she had on his work, sours him a little more.

Imagine buying a Gretzky card...and then there's this.

This hopefully goes to a museum and not a private collector.

I was talking about that with my brother, I look at the rookie LeBron card that recently sold for over $5M and I would take this manuscript over it any day of the week.

Nobody is perfect and while it is ok for us to look at our "heroes" or those that have made big splashes in our history as humans under a new light. It is not always fair though as what was acceptable and normal has changed significantly with each passing century. Einstein was not perfect as a man/husband but was still an amazing mind that brought so much to our understanding of the universe we live in.
