As per capfriendly, penalties of $100K in 17/18 and $137,500 in 18/19. Basically it's irrelevant.

Kulak has a better all around, Murphy has shown he's an NHL Dman though and has more offensive upside. Nothing in that regard has changed. The overrating of Kulak by some is comical to say the least, I like him but he's one more mediocre season away from being let go.

For those that don't know, I'm pretty sure that Lack has a stutter, like myself. Sometimes in his interviews, his words might seem like he's a little confused, but it's more that he's trying to select his words IMO.
