Regardless, that’s not why Boston lost. Boston lost because Florida is better and Barkov is better than all 4 (or 5) of our so-called “centres” combined (I do like Beecher tho). Barkov made a big boy play when none of our 11 3rd & 4th line talent could, even when in alone.

Other than his stupid high sticking penalty And the fact that he brought nothing game wise tonight, I think maroon’s demeanor was ok. He challenged bennett, then the whole team, then chilled out and played his meh brand of hockey. It would have been worse if he kept going after him knowing he wouldn’t fight.
He’s just not a very good player and the good fortune of riding along to cups
Isn’t with him with this and squad of misfits.
