Hoping this will be a good series too. Columbus has got a nice team. Could see this one being tough for both teams.

Both teams are closely matched.

Grubauer has only played in two playoff games.

Bob has been great in regular season action and faulty in the playoffs.

Goalie who decides to show up wins the series for their respective team.

The BJ's have been a far better team as of late. The only player who can make the difference for the Caps is Kuznetsov.

Pretty bummed that the 95% of the day USA Network shows Law and Order shows is being cut into, I can't get enough of this pairing.

This post is actually really funny if you believe the rumors of how that actresses mother died in real life.

I'm sick. ;)

The last time Barry Trotz got out of the second round was in the 1996 Calder Cup finals, losing the series 4-3, Portland lost to Rochester, who was coached by John Tortorella.
Tortorella (44 wins in 94 playoff games, a record of 1-4 as coach of CLB) is 16-16 vs WSH, winning 3 out of 5 series, once w/Tampa, twice with the Rangers
Trotz is 39-50 in the playoffs, 20-19 w/ WSH. Never coached against Columbus in playoffs.
