people are sleeping on the Jackets...they're playing fantastic hockey right now. As long as Bob doesn't turn into a sieve like he did against the Penguins in the playoffs, i could see the Jackets beating the caps.

I wanted to see this one ever since the Jackets started getting hot. Caps have more high-end skill up front but defense goes to the Blue Jackets.

If Dubois plays lights out i do think Columbus can beat the Caps.

It'll be interesting to see how Washington feels about being handpicked here. CBJ may not match them in skill but they fight tooth and nail and the caps...really don't. I have the jackets in 7 here.

I actually don't mind Columbus. I'll probably hate them by the end of the series though lol. Hopefully it's a good series and the Caps meet the Flyers in the next round.

CBJ has the best player...the better goalie...the better Defensemen and the better depth.

Think it will be a lot easier to root for the Caps as a Ranger fan now that there's 0 chance we'll meet up. I'll at least root for them in round 1 and see how that feels.

Helluva sample size there. And I guess you were asleep for the 4-1 loss the Jackets hung on Vegas when they played in Columbus...

Caps in 7, because they're the stronger offensive team and Bobrovsky often melts down in the playoffs.
