I think the detractors will have a tough time with arguments against...

The "quality of AHL competition" would really only have its strongest impact on the number of shots, not the shooting percentage. A drop from 23 back down to 17-18% can be argued based on AHL goaltending (that's the difference btwn a .770 and .820 spct for the goalie), but it is tough to argue a "regression to norm" for his NHL sht
