My boss was considerate enough to go on a week long Caribbean vacation that happened to coincide with the start of the playoffs. The first Monday morning meeting after he gets back might be a bit awkward though.

I’m pretty sure Budaj has been injured all season.

Not all season, but the better part of it.

He was injured in late December, then came back and played a period of relief on March 13th.

Didn't even know Budaj was still in the league, let alone on an NHL team.

How you could forget this gem from back in October?

Goals 1-3 were all very poor. Goal 1 was one of the worst goals I've seen all year.

Here we go guys. Started to follow NHL and Devils regularly in 2011-12, Rico's rookie year. Watched regular season on weekends and every playoff game live. Was heartbreaking see Henrique go this season, but I think its safe to say that trade benefits both teams so much that both fanbases would do it again, as would I. Nice to have a Finn on the team every once in a while, too.

After that I watched like 40-50 games a year, this season missed 3 so far. And I sure as hell wont miss any playoff games Devils play, LGD! 4 hrs and 30 minutes, 2AM my time.. #NJDvsEverybody

Pete (and most of that team) isn't here anymore, so hopefully there's no carryover vendetta's.

Only Greene and Zajac were on the team from both the 2012 SCF and that game at MSG in 2013.

And Cory was in goal and could've had one or two of Tampa's goals if he was Kinkaid.

Looking back at it now, Cory wasn't all that impressive in net. But I don't want to turn this GDT into another Cory discussion so I'll just say "LET'S GO DEVILS!!".

He will instruct one of the Bolts players to intentionally turn toward the boards when a Devils player comes to lay in a check, and then he will call the Devils player for a 5 minute major.

Vasilevskiy has a huge weakness on his left side, high and low. but im sure the devils are aware of his heat map.

but not only that , shooting from a bad angle from the circle to his blocker side is absurdly high % going in (5% above average)

im not posting KKs weaknesses , he should know his 2.

Last game, Vasilevskiy was very shaky and had a lot of pucks bounce off him. Anything to the 6 and 7 hole, he seemed to struggle with a bit.

We'll see if things have changed since then tonight.
