I don't think that Esposito goes 3rd.
And Philly won't draft Cherepanov. Either Kane or Turris.
I also don't see Voracek as 10th. He should be around #5.
Edmonton draft van Riemsdyk would be nice.
Veilleux is too high, imo. And I don't think Katic and :eek::eek::eek:i will be drafted in the first round.

Fair enough, but note the * on esposito. I tried to go on team need as well as BPA.

I have issues with Mark Katic being in the first round. Also, I dont see Esposito that high, although you mentioned Gretzky would want him. They have so much skill already, I think they'll go with Reimdsdyk or Voracek if you ask me, but IMO they'll be targetting Karl Alzner.

I like the idea of Mayorov with the Leafs. They'll indeed be taking a skilled winger, but Mayorov makes me think of Suglobov. Ideally, I'd want them to trade down a bit and target Brandon Sutter. Or maybe further down collecting Moller, Eller, Tyrell or maybe even Mikael Backlund.

Trading down for Sutter?
I doubt he will be available with Pick #12

1. Isn't Gagner a center?

2. I certainly don't mind Couture as a pick for the Blues, but if Voracek falls to where the Blues are picking, I'd be inclined to think they'd grab him there.

3. Isn't that Atlanta pick more in the 18-21 range? If so, while I like Doyle, I might take Andersson there instead... especially if I've already taken a wing (Voracek) with the first pick.

4. Gratchev is OK, too, but I like Moller just a little better there.

If it turned out to be Couture, Doyle and Gratchev for the Blues in the first round this June, though, I'd have no issues with that.

Good job.

The Draft positions were literally taken off the NHL standings the day i did the mock. Thanks for all your input everyone. Sorry if you don't agree, but instead of whining about it, have a go yourself!!

I'll do another at the end of the regular season.
