Speculation: Ducharme or Bouchard?

Don't know too much about these candidates for the AHL HC position. I know a lot of you want Joel Bouchard as GM of Laval but I'm wondering, who do you think is a better coach?

My question is, who is a better HEAD coach, lol. You can only have one of those Bouchard is doing really well in the QMJHL right now but I heard his team is better than the one Ducharme coached

i would like Bouchard with big club as an associated-coach and Ducharme in Laval.

Both would be nice. Ducharme as headcoach in Laval, and Bouchard as GM of Laval and assistant-GM of the Habs.

Not sure MB would like a potential successor working with him though...

Ducharme had a lot to do with how good a lot of those players became for Halifax. He is very good at coaching offense out of players.

It's a tough call if I had to pick one of the two. I don't know who I'd prefer, however I'd be very happy with either. But the happiest I'll be is if they both come aboard.

Is Larry Carriere out as the GM of Laval or no? I could see Sean Burke being a potential replacement down the line, if he speaks enough French.
