Good tool to check which of your players have to clear waivers
Hey guys, sorry for being offline for like the past two weeks. Life just kinda got in the way for a little while. But I'm alive don't worry. Can someone let me know how many missed picks I have?
trade Michal Neuvirth + 2018 2nd to for Rick Nash (1 Million retained)
Thanks for that.
Due to the Matthews trade I unloaded two waiver-required dudes and picked up three quality RFAs.
My team is pretty well set to not have to clear waivers:
I just have to decide which four of these six to start on the parent club in this points-based league: Kevin Hayes, J. T. Miller, Robby Fabbri, Sam Reinhart, Sebastian Aho, Ryan Strome.
Whichever ones start, the team is easily covered for injuries and suspensions.
Why?Miller
Hayes
Reinhart
Strome
Pickard
all have to clear waivers to be sent to the AHL
Why?
Aren't RFAs free from the waiver wire?

donut's team is over the cap?!
So is yours I just realized
You are counting Reinhart and Fabbri as 0.9m when really they are both more (significantly more in Reinhart's case) due to bonuses.

Fabbri is NOT on my 23-man roster. He doesn't have to clear waivers (I checked) so he is on the farm club to call up for injuries/suspension replacement. So is yours I just realized

And I simply didn't update the Reinhart initial note on salary. I actually ran my line-up through an online caphit calculator and it said I had 1.6 million cap room (where I thought I had closer to four million, but now I see part of the reason why).
My team is comfortably UNDER the cap. Thanks for your concern.
Just trying to help, honestly.
But I don't see how that team is under the cap. By my calculations (double-checked), assuming all your cap info from the roster thread is correct (- Fabbri, +Strome) and adding all those numbers up...I get 87.3m for your 23 man roster.
Someone correct me if I am missing something or my calculator on my phone is broken
