I shake my head at those that think intent has anything to do with whether or not a player is disciplined. Ask Drew Doughty if intent is required. Even if this play was completely unintentional/accidental, it still was at minimum a holding penalty and a low hit that caused an injury. That's not a joke.
You don't get suspended for holding while falling awkwardly.

The league has already said no discipline when Russo asked.

Actually "he fell" isn't truly accurate, he was being pulled down by Foligno. So if you can avoid being more accurate why would you then say he thrust his closed hand into his leg near the boards?

So yeah, BB is impartial. Neither of those two actions had any influence in Myers being hurt.
