Internet in general is getting worse in a lot of ways, with ads everywhere, cookies and shit, and everything tailor-made for so-called smart phones and short attention spans. When the mainstream or big money interests moves in on something it tends to get pretty bad.

Every league site was destroyed with the handy and tablets designs.

Yeah, 2010 is sort of the last time all these sites were designed for PC / big-screen layouts. The SmartPhone pandemic then took over everyone's attention span.

I frickin' hate typing anything on phones, and avoid it whenever possible.
I also hate reading websites on a smartphone.
Basically, I hate smartphones.

has anybody noticed that you don't have to watch the ads before goals now, If you do one thing

if you go to game centre you must see the ads before every goal. if you go to 'scores' and scroll on the goal bar, which is sort of like a ticker tape, you can click on each goal there and get busy without watching ads.
