Severson play was fine, the problem was Couturier being alone.

In no world is a behind the back, no look pass up the boards during a 6-on-5 in the final minutes a good play. Yeah, it deflected off the skate - but that is not "unlucky". It's a horseshit play and highlights the longstanding ... 'Oh poor Severson, half the fanbase doesn't give him credit".

Classic that the maligned Tennyson bailed his ass out.

I do agree there is something to this group not quitting or giving up despite all the losing.

Lots of teams check out under those circumstances. We definitely have seen it with past teams.

Isn't that kind of a standard move? Reverse the puck under pressure to go against the grain? I feel like it's done a million times a game, but it took a weird bounce off a skate and ended up perfectly centered in front of the goal.
