Imo late second isn't enough compensation for Smith or Nyquist.

honestly I think Andersson is the most realistic guy as far as losing someone to an offer sheet goes

the Wings will match anything remotely realistic as far as Nyquist or Smith goes but if some team is high on Andersson and signs him to say a $2m or so offer sheet I think there's a decent chance the Wings just let him go

sure they like him but he's gonna be the 4th line Center and they got Emmerton,Sheahan,Jarnkrok,Glendening,Ferraro etc that they could play instead

I think the Wings would be willing to lose Emmerton, Eaves and possibly Tootoo to waivers before they let Nyquist, Smith or Andersson get stolen off of an offer sheet. At least they should be willing to do that.

I don't necessarily want Morrow, but I definitely don't want Cleary. Essentially, anything to get Cleary away from the team (as long as it's a 1-yr deal) is fine with me
