We all know how big the Wings are on Dallas Drake-types. They no doubt view Morrow as that kind of guy.

The question is, who goes? This has to mean we're talking about some serious roster surgery. Possibly Emmerton, Eaves, Tootoo, and Bertuzzi all out the door? Would that even do the trick? Might have to send more guys out the airlock...

If it's for one year I'd be ok with this as long as the cap hit isn't high, $2.5 maybe. He'd fit well on the third line with Tatar and Andersson. If we did sign him, you can expect to see Quincey and Tootoo gone and either Lashoff or another cheap UFA defensemen to be our 6th defensemen.
