Also, side not, I didn't realize Kenney Morrison was from my hometown, my girlfriend went to elementary and middle school with him. I was talking to her about our depth and she said "oh and we got Kenney Morrison too", I was like, how'd you know that?

Did a little asking around and apparently in my minor hockey days we played against him a lot, not bad, go Kenney!

I'd like to try the following:

Giordano - Hamilton
Brodie - Wideman
Russell - Engelland

But i'd be fine with:

Giordano - Brodie
Russell - Hamilton
Engelland - Wideman (lots of PP time)

Giordano/Wideman - Gives Wideman an elite partner, can trade him at the deadline with how much points he can potentially rack up with Gio by his side

Brodie/Hamilton - Want these two to get familiar with each other, they'll be our top pairing for many years.

Russell/Engelland - Russell and Engelland have played with each other well in the past, seem like the perfect duo together (one left handed PMD, and the other a physical right hander).

Stoke me a clipper.
People areforgettting that Smid may actually return and Treliving has said we will not know for sure his status until training camp
This. It's possible Smid is ready to go come training camp.

Giordano - Hamilton (~22-24 minutes)
Brodie - Wideman (~18-22 minutes)
Russell - Smid/Engelland (< 18 minutes)
- possibly re-sign Schlemko as the #8
