If Třinec (a consecutive champion of last couple seasons) wins the game 7 of the finals, they will win the league by going 4:3 in each of the three series. Either way they already made G7 in each series.

Los Angeles in 2014 is the closest I think.

Won rounds 1, 2 and 3 in 7 games each....but then they won the cup in the finals in only 5 games.
This was also the year where they came back from 0-3 in round 1 vs San Jose
