A bit of an odd question regarding Cup-clinchers...

IIRC, the Bruins won their Cup in 1970 in the afternoon, the Flyers in 1974 and the Islanders in 1980 was either late afternoon or very early evening. What about others since the 1967-68 expansion? Any in the daytime/afternoon?

Before the specified timeline, but I believe Mtl. won in ot in 1966 on a Sunday afternoon. It must've been, I was still up. That was the one where the mis-guided Wing fans thought Henri Richard guided the puck in with his body.
