What about Alexandre Vincent from Chicoutimi ? The goalie has a great season and presents better stats than Drouin-Deslauriers

That kid's great. He doesn't start often enough tho :(
He's not as "agile" as Deslauriers, but lets in less weak goals and is pretty solid. I'd draft him any day.. maybe in the 3rd round

Not until next year :)

Plus Vincent is way too inconsistant. At 15 he was suposed to be drafted as an underage and sucked. At 16 he sucked even more and still managed to get picked in rd 6 i think. Then all of a sudden he is good at 17. For all we know he could suck again by 18.

Can you knock your list down to 25 skaters and 3 GK? By the way, what's the birthdate on Beauregard? Oh, and Asselin was eligible last year.

a) You can knock it down to 25 yourself :) I put them in order, so you can just delete the rest if ya like

b) Beauregard was born Feb. 9 1986

c) Asselin opted out in 2003

I really see Karsums from Moncton raising in the final lists here, right now you guys have him ranked accordingly but I just see him raising later on after the half year mark. I think this guy is going to be a good one.

Laprise- I like your list. It doesn't seem far off from what I've heard on the grapevine. I haven't seen any Q games this year so, of my three predictions, the Q is the one I have least faith in.

As for Asselin, although he didn't opt in last year his stats (what- 2 goals so far?) don't seem so great for a player a year older than the other prospects mentioned (although I know he has good size and is a decent two-way player.

What's your read on him? Why so high?

The only reason he didnt opt in last year was because of his skating. He had 25 goals as a 17 year old.

Also he has started to recieve more icetime in Cape Breton and his 2 goals have come recently. He also has a lot of assists and he is a wrecking ball. I just see him heating up.

Good call, Karsums should be a very good player for Moncton this season.

Hrmmmmm Laprise, why do you have Vokey there, I know he is ripping up Junior A but he didn't have goos success in the Q.

Also Houle is still eligible for this draft, why isn't anyone listing him.

I rated prety well 95% of the FIRST YEAR DRAFT ELIGBLE Q PLAYERS.

Houle is in his 2nd year of eligibilty, therefore CSB will not rank him.

Vincent has a late birthday making him 2005 NHL ranked not 2004. He is born on December 11, 1986 making him 2005.
