i believe he can only sign a 4 year year deal because its set by the Entry Level System. I know it was 3 years last CBA but i think it got changed to 4 this time around, though i could be wrong.

After the WJC's he was scoring 3.4 a game and the
Q got watered down considerably this year compared to last so I'd say 4.5 pts
a game so over 300 if he played 70 games.
