I absolutely love Duchene not making the playoffs. What a loser to quit on your team for 2 years and then said team does a complete 180 and a large chunk of the credit was due to getting rid of you.

I don't think he's a sure thing, but making the playoffs (and having the GWG in the game) is huge for his bid. This year of all years they could break the hart trophy into three parts and give it to three players and I wouldn't complain.

I know there's also Giroux and Kopitar....

But both players are surrounded by good players as well.

Nathan and Hall on the other hand have to, on more than one occasion, do it themselves as there is no one on their level on their respective teams.

Doughty is a monster, but Mikko is a better forward Kopi plays with, and the EJ / Barrie combo ain't exactly chopped liver given the chemistry MacK n tboobs have. Kopi deserves to be in the mix with MacK n Hall

Unsustainable on ice shooting percentage almost 50% higher then career average.
60% of his points from Barrie. All in all not Hart worthy sorry! Hall did nearly as much with absolutely nothing.

Are you trying to argue Barrie was the reason for Mackinnons success? I mean honestly, there’s no way you watched the actual games if this is your stance.
