Codi Ceci: Unbiased scouting report please?

From a fantasy keeper league perspective is nab Rasmus Ristolainen if he were available - he will be the PP QB in Buffalo and finished last year nicely. Given the added offensive depth the Sabres brought in up front he could have a very respectable 40pt season.

He's going to have a good year. I expect him to take on a role as a 2nd tier offensive defenseman for us this year and take some of the pressure off Karlsson.

What is his offensive ceiling this year and does he get any powerplay time?

-Will get minimal/limited PP time
-Should play 22-25minutes per game
-25-35 points potential
-Should spend most of his time with P. Weircioch

I would agree with something mentionned above me... if Rasmus Ristolainen is available, go for him instead
