Coaches Pick Best Players - Link?

I think it was way back in the 70's where they used to have a poll among NHL coaches as to who they thought was currently the best player at each position? I saw a few of these so I don't know how many years they did this? It may be that they were not allowed to pick anyone on their own team - I don't remember? Any how, does anyone have a link to any of these online?
