Cleveland took 9 (NINE) minor penalties today. San Antonio had 9 powerplays. Converted on three of them.

The Monsters are so so so so bad this season it’s comical.

Stenlund made his debut tonight for the Monsters. Took a bad penalty in the first minute of the game but settled down nicely. Was the only Monster FWD to finish with a +1 or better. All in all, not bad. Was centering the first line too.

As an aside for Saturday nights game against San Diego, Kole Sherwood's brother Kiefer will make his AHL debut. He just signed with Anaheim Tuesday. Local boys doing well!

5-1 loss tonight. Stenlund continues to improve and Scott had an excellent night in terms of winning faceoffs. Not sure how many he lost, but it wasn't many.

Zatkoff had a subpar night, to say the least.
