How good can this guy be? I hear he could be an emerging defensive force on the PP Quarterback, much in the fold of Adrian Aucoin. Do you think he could be this good? He's pretty quick, so I see him more like a Kimmo Timmonen, so what do you all think?

Ya, I saw him at a Bulldog's vs. Cincinatti game, he's so smooth out there. And his slapshot is one of the best I've ever seen. I was very impressed with his game, so I quickly drafted him in a fantasy league. Just wondering how good he could turn out to be.

He played on the NHL rookie All-star team and didn't get much press relative to his talents and potential.

It's because he plays in San Jose, a West Coast team. Underhyped is par for that course.

I don't see him becoming an Adrien Aucoin type, but I think he will be a very solid defenseman for years to come. It's tough for me to come up with a comparison though as I've only seen him in a few games against the wings.
