tbh this is a very decent trade for the Hawks, obviously not one that will them help go anywhere this season but Pitlick is a very decent producer in those scenarios and won't cost anything.

He's only the leading scorer because guys with better ppg than him like Nylander, Hinostroza, Jansen Harkins, and Nedjelkovic keep having to go to Pittsburgh.

Throw in the Pens best two forward prospects heating up after silly slow starts and he was never making it up, particularly not with that cap hit. Not saying that's a true reflection of his ability, but he was super buried in the depth chart.

I liked him in Montreal he had some good stretches where I thought he would establish himself as an NHLer. Hope he does it with Chicago

If Rem can figure out the cycle game I think he’ll find success. I think he has the drive for it, shiny happy people often do.
