Can anyone tell me what the IIHF uses to rank the different leagues. Is it based on the national team or calibre of the league itself. How does UEFA do it? Also doesn't UEFA award more teams of certain leagues into The Champions League based on that criteria? Sorry not a bis Soccer fan.
