Every Saturday night, I watch "Hockey Night in Canada." What I have noticed is that the commercials shown on CBC are based out of PEI; I live in Raleigh, NC. I have been to PEI, and I love it, but I am curious as to why my CBC games show PEI commercials?

CBC has a ton of affilates across the country. ie many cities like T.O, Ottawa, Edmonton, Van, etc. So I guess they have choosen PEI's affilate to use as the center ice package for the states.

Hope you enjoy a real hockey broadcast! :)

Oh, I do! I especially like Coach's Corner with Don Cherry. I'd pay money to see this guy do stand-up.
