I’m going to do a series of polls to vote on how you guys think the central standings will shake out.

All lines are from daily face off. I realize some of the lines may be out of whack and there might be some prospects missing that may make the jump but I wanted to give a visual on the potential lines.

I left the Hawks out as I think you can decide for yourself as to what the potential lines will be.

The poll will close in 2 days.

Ryan Hartman as a NHL 1C, never thought I’d see the day.

Went with the Avs because Makar and MacKinnon are the two best players in the division. As long as they’re healthy they should do just fine.

Didn’t realize how weak the central actually is. We’ll be on the upswing fortunately when the others are on the down or still trying to rebuild. Went with Colorado.

Is Nuke good to go with Colorado? That goes a long way for me, as their Forward depth has really been bleeding the past couple years and their prospect pool is non-existent due to all the (justifiable) win now moves.

I think he was cleared by the NHL to play but I’m not sure what they are doing internally.

Went with Avs but Drouin and Ryan Johansen, yikes didn't remember they got those two.

I still like the Avs D core better. You’re telling me if you could take an entire defense from a team and put them on the Hawks you’d take Carolina’s over the Avs?
Long term give me Makar and I'll make the rest fit. To win a game tomorrow Carolina is incredibly deep.

Easy Dallas for me. They already rolling 3 strong lines and that is without Stankoven.

Their D is going to be suspect come playoff time but regular season they should do really, really well.

Colorado has higher talent at the top end but Dallas has really good depth up front plus a goalie who could realistically win the Vezina next season so I give them the edge.

I have Col in the regular season but Dallas is probably the harder out come playoff time.
