Is this the 1st round for NA skaters or have you just thrown everyone together from each of the league rankings?
They are being posted by CSS right now! But that's all I'm allowed to post. The first round of NA skaters should be also posted on TSN later today.

Maybe they don't like the fact that Zagrapan is a peripheral player and basically doesn't know how to use his body. 'Cause that's the only knock I have on him.

Anyone know where the following are ranked, if they are ranked:

Justin Saulnier - F - Halifax
Kenzie Sheppard - F - Halifax
JF Brault - D - Halifax
Jeremy Duchesne - G - Halifax

Thanks in advance

I can see sometimes that there are some difference in opinions, but that list is simply awful... :shakehead

This is called the "Anikeenko" phenomenom (i.e., Nov.: "Anikeenko at #35? McKeen's is nuts!". Jan.: "I have Anikeenko at #35").

:lol

I shall remember that one.

Indeed, you are right. People will adjust over time. That being said, CSS does release three batches of rankings for a reason. There will be numerous changes by the time the final rankings get out.

BTW, for anyone who does doubt it, yes, this is indeed the correct list that was posted.

Brule dropping to 6th on nA list=must be the size issue...............

The placing of Ryan at #3 on the NA list seems not surprising---he's started dominating and you cannot ignore his big size (6'1,223 already)...even Redline has got him rising to the heavens...projecting ahead he could be a franchise player according to Kyle Woodlief...

Pouliot too is a big body (though CSS only lists him at 180--he looks bigger than that weight to me) I guess they see him as filling out his big 6'3 frame...Perhaps they see another Jeff Carter in the making and thius have him at #2...

Historically CSS often gets a litle wacky with their midterm rankings. It seems that some of their scouts have certain favorite players and wind up ranking them way too high. It usually straightens out be the time they get to final rankings. Besides, the better players step it up at the end of the season and the playoffs, so they'll move up then.

This is true. CSS suffers from problems with coordinating and collating the various rankings from scouts as there hasn't been much cross-scouting yet. I am certain that even within CSS many individual scouts are looking at the mid-term compilations and saying, "Huh??".

Can someone provide me the links with the list from CSB and ISS????
Unless you have access to CSS or ISS, then you will have to wait until Monday or so when TSN reports the rankings. It is understood that no link to either site is allowed to be posted here.
