Interesting stuff. Woll has a chance to earn the net but has been lacking results. Either way I'm really happy we kept Jones as the 3rd string. In case of an injury he's a great back up.

Weird f***ing schedule right now. Why wouldn't this team be playing Atlantic division teams at this point to finish off the season? A game against New Jersey / the caps at the end of March is mediocre as f***.
Penultimate game, which starts at midnight CET instead of 1 a.m., before we also change to summertime here on Sunday.
I would guess, similar to Marner, if this was a critical game both Sammy and Marner and maybe others would be playing.
Team being over-cautious, which is fine by me.

Drinking regular Coke in the middle of the game is no big deal. I've often done the same during marathons. It's an easily digested quick-acting sugar (although for marathon purposes I have used flat Coke, as ingesting carbonation while running usually has a predictable and unfortunate outcome).
I liked the way we matched up against Columbus and the Canadiens........guess there's a cautionary tale there.

I wonder which team we get tonight? These guys are not inspiring confidence. It's close to impossible they don't make the playoffs (I thinks??) but does anyone expect anything better than the last 7 years? Sorry to be pessimistic, it's my way.

They did not look like a team ready for the playoffs to me last game. 11 games left and the coach says they had an "immature" performance? Not good.

The amount of injuries and illnesses right now is pretty insane. Never seen anything like it.
