I can't decide if we couldn't score in the 3rd or if Hynes had us setup so it was next to impossible to score. We lost the last 2 games exactly the same way, I put that on coaching as much as I do the guys.

Frustrated that we lost on two set plays off the face-off that Carolina had clearly put thought and effort into.

Oh well. The better team won the series... but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt.

I think what really jinxed the game last night was Willy promoing a show to talk about what will happen in Game 7 at the start of the third period. Bad juju there by the Bally Sports team.

I touched my bad luck Preds t-shirt in the 2nd intermission. Just folding up clothes from the laundry. I already know from the last 5 years to never wear that shirt on a gameday. I like it, but it has proven to be cursed, so I'm good with that. I paused and thought about not touching it. Then said, what the heck, I can just finish off the pile and get it up on a hanger in the closet and that's not the same as wearing it.

Whups. Loss is on me.
