Matt Foy played for Merrimack then went to Ottawa of the OHL and played with Corey Locke and saw his numbers increase dramatically. Minnesota drafted him and he is in the AHL.

Dan Fritsche played for Sarnia last year. He won a gold with the U.S. at the WJC this year and is back with Sarnia after playing in Columbus earlier this season.

Both were second round picks in 2001 (Foy) and 2003 (Fritsche) I believe. That's about all I know because I never really paid much attention to them because I don't like the 67's or the Sting.

I dont think Foy went that high.

Wasnt he a mid round pick?

6th round pick, 175th overall in 2002.

I believe he had a bit of a nagging groin strain early in the season, then came down with mono or something. Haven't heard how he's doing lately. 15 pts in 34 games on a struggling Aeros team.
