Was really good tonight, created a few chances and scored, could have had an assist on the Hyman goal as well

Looked good again tonight -- distributed well and some of his corner work to create space was just top notch.

Didn't he have a goal and an assist tonight? Or was one of them reversed?

I'm not one to pull the "confidence" card but he looked like he had a lot more of it tonight.

Confidence? Since when does confidence have anything to do with it? You either are skilled or your not skilled. Confidence... Is just a word someone made up to use as an excuse for their lack of skill.

Have you ever played sports before? What a ridiculous statement.

He's set up two posts, had an assist taken away tonight. Two goals... And plenty of very close high danger shots that just missed.

He could have 5 points by now at least. Shows how precise hockey is and how different things can look based on a few inches.

Funny how no one is bumping the Nylander vs Rantanen thread now that Nylander has 3 pts (ithink) in 5 games and Rantanen had 0 in 6 games.

Willie has 2 points in 6 games, not 3 in 5 games.

Go ahead and bump the thread if you find it necessary. Rantanen can still be as valuable to his team as Nylander. Dumb to think anything has changed just because Nylander managed to grab few points before Rantanen.

There's a difference between a skilled player and a skilled player with confidence. If you've played hockey, or any sport, you would know that.

I don't know why posters feel the need to prop a player up and another one down. Both these prospects are great, especially for where they went. No doubt they'll both be valuable to their teams.

You have obviously never played a sport before, or do anything for that matter. Confidence is key for just about anything.
