Another euro that I'm keeping a eye on. Great size as a 16 years old and he will be playing in the J20 league next season. Anyone saw him play? Could he possibly plays some games in the SHL next season?

Yes was really solid when he come up and played in superelit this season. had a mature 2 way game, and felt like one of the oldest even if he was the youngest.

It was nothing very fancy about his game, just a very mature game from what I saw in those games. But good hockey IQ.

He needs to show that he has enough offensive upside.

Timrå senior club plays in allsvenskan, and yes I can see him getting some ice time there

I like this kid. Think he's a 1st round talent. I have him 3rd among swedish prospects after Dahlin and Boqvist for the 2018 draft right now.

He's good, think it's pretty close behind those 2 D-men though, Wernblom and Lundeström are also very good, a few others too.

Yup. I have Dahlin, Boqvist, Olofsson and Lundeström, in that order right now. Olofsson has a lot of potential with his size, skating and IQ. Will be interesting to see how he develops over the coming year. Don't think it's out of the realm of possibility for him to climb inside the top10, but of course it's a long way to go still.

Yeah, super deep draft and lots can happen in a year... Still think Wernblom is the most talented Swedish F, just needs to put it together.

I haven't seen that many games, but I really like the little that I've seen (WHC U17, U18 5-nations in Feb. 2017 and U18 WC).

Some goals at 1:30 and 2:06:

and 0:48:

Edit: Also scored a pretty crucial SO goal against Canada White at the WHC U17, similar to the one in the previous post (6:37).

Dahlen and Olafsson have looked very sharp together. Will be good for his development and should give him a boost in rankings. 2nd/3rd round pick by my projection.

I would be shocked if he was available in the 3rd round. Olofsson over a guy like Lundeström is a no-brainer for me. Strong 1st round candidate.

We’ll see. Obviously I have a slight NA bias being able to watch more games from NA. He’s in my 2nd round right now.
