The way Haslem has put his hands in this team (and reportedly Tennessee) I have a hard time believing that a guy who reports directly to the owner has no real input,

Especially when by every measure the guy shouldn't really have a job at all as he has no football experience, limited success in his supposed sport and terrible success in his time in the NFL.
