Trade McQuiad and Kelly to Edm for Perron (I know the Oilers are ran by morons but....come on.)

Trade Marchard and Koko and 2nd to Wpg for Kane (Somewhat realistic.)

Why would the Ducks trade one of their franchise forwards and a defenseman with top 2 potential for the now declining Chara? They probably wouldn't make this deal if Chara's in his prime.
