Frk made the best play he could: put it further up the boards. AA wasn't hard enough on the point man, and like you said, looking to fly the zone.

What are you talking about?

You think passing to the other guy is the "best play he could?"

He didn't put it up the boards. He played it to the middle and it got intercepted.

If you can't make that pass you need to chip it out.

It's that simple.

Frk blew it.

But really, you've got AA - who is questionable at C, flanked by Frk and Bertuzzi.

Bad line construction by the coach.

It wasn't the point man who stopped the pass. It was another forward.

He tried to chip it out. He was being pressured by a Bruin. The return pass to the defenseman was covered.

His chip went to the blue line to a Bruin who should have been covered by AA, who instead was attempting to fly the zone. It doesn't matter if it was a Bruin defenseman, forward, goalie, or video coach. He couldn't go back to the D-man, he couldn't put it to the middle. The safe play was continue it up the boards.

If AA had been on the boards like he should have, instead of on the wrong side of the play trying to bust out, that puck would have been out of the zone.

Bull shit.

Only an AA hater would blame that goal on AA.

You either pass it or get it out.. He tried to deflect pass to AA and it was intercepted.

And since when is it the center's job to cover the point?

Haha, wow. An "AA hater?" You sure know me.

You do realize there are other players on the ice called "the opposing team," right? Those other players can affect what happens when plays are attempted.

AA was right there. He was offering an option to get the puck out, center or not. He didn't make the correct play, and the Wings paid for it.

But hey, I've seen your posts. Attack what you don't agree with. No f***s off my back, bro.

And Chara moved up on Frk, Chara's body on the boards, and whoever was covering for Chara intercepted it when it was tipped. AA was on the left side of the player who intercepted the puck, instead of the right side....which was the side the puck was on. So you had Frk and Chara on the boards, to the left of them was Kuraly, to the left of Kuraly was AA trying to fly up the ice. There was no support on AA's part to help get the puck out of the zone.

AA gave Frk an option that Frk didn't have to take.

Mickey Redmond knows what's up. Frk blew it.

If it was AA who passed to the opponent before a goal against, we all know people would put 100 percent of the blame on him.

Yes, Frk made the initial error. Then AA compounded it by doing nothing useful to help his teammates.

It's a broken play. Puck bounces off Bertuzzi's wrist, injuring him and slowing him.
There wasn't anything AA was going to do after that sequence.

You speak like Frk made a direct, tape-to-tape pass to the Bruin at the blue line.

He didn't, and it wasn't.

And you're wrong, but your love affair with AA is clouding your judgement.

This is just not a fun game to watch, and I'm not one for calling any hockey boring.

Jensen lost it, got it back, and lost it behind the net. Dekeyser and Abdelkader were around, but offered no support.
Abby, in particular, was doing a freeskate around the net. Not helping in the battle
