Can we pull next year's cap number from the RFA compensation levels, at least roughly?

RFA compensation levels went up ~ 16% from last season, which means the average player salary went up ~ 16%.

I'm not familiar with the cap calculation, but we can't simply say the cap rises 16%, I don't think, because the share of the players increases as revenues increase, right?
