Kunin didn’t impress me at all. Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with the way he played. Looked slow and was easily knocked off the puck. Didn’t get the chance to shoot at all I believe. I thought Ek was much more noticeable. You remember the video of Coyle going beast mode protecting the puck? I thought Ek had a few moments like that last night. Good sign for a really young player.

Yeah there was one play in the corner where Ek was phenomenal last night, I know what you're talking about there.

Also agree with 57 that Zucker has been fantastic so far this year. Really liking his game right now.

I didn't notice Kunin a whole lot either, but I'm not worried from one game of course.

Forward coverage high in the Dzone was horrid. Dubnyk lost his cool, but unexcusable that Jackets got prime shooting lanes allowing for tips and moving screens down low. Still perplexed by blueline decisions this offseason.
