I live in the Philadelphia area and would like to start going out in the field and scouting prospects and start a blog. Does anyone have any info as to where to go in this area and where the best site is for me to start a blog? I plan on taking a scouting course this year and would like to have some evaluations to submit and practice my scouting skills. Thanks for any help!
