For the Ducks because Smid isn't currently in the NHL...

Forward: Lupul (although depending on the season that Getzlaf has, we'll see)
Defense: Vishnevski is exactly at 25 and he's the youngest player on D for the Ducks at the NHL level, but Popovic is most likely going to play for Anaheim this season so he is the best by default
Goaltender: Bryzgalov (again, by default)

F: Derek Roy (22). Thomas Vanek isn't technically in the NHL yet.

D: Dmitri Kalinin (25). Turned 25 in the last couple weeks....

G: Ryan Miller (25). Turned 25 three days before Kalinin....

If you want the best players in the organization under 25 and not in the NHL I'd say...

F: Thomas Vanek (chip shot)

D: Nathan Paetsch (not a chip shot)

G: Michal Valent

Best prospects under 25 currently in the NHL for the Habs...

Forward - Perezhogin
Defence - Komisarek
Nets - Danis

While Perezhogin and Danis are not NHLers, they will no doubt be with the team opening day.

Pyatt, Connolly, and Roy all should be considered here.

For St Louis

F - McClement
D - Jackman
G - Bacashihua

Assuming McClement and Cash make the team.

Add Backman on the defense.

I think McClement will definitely make the Blues this year; Bacashihua is "iffy," but should get the Blues' backup goalie spot if Reinhard Divis can't or won't come back from Austria.

If we do like many other posters in this thread and just list our top prospect at each position (regardless of wether they're currently "NHL players" or not), the list would look more like this:

F: Söderberg, McClement, Backes
D: Woywitka, FitzGerald
G: Schwarz, Barulin
