What is the best site to go to where you can find random scoresheets form every game in history? Let's say I wanted to find out Game 5 of the '84 Cup finals (just random) where do I go? I need to look up a bunch of games from the past.

I'd say good luck. My goalie research requires boxscores from every NHL game, and prior to 1995 or so, it's all microfilm and microfiche at my local library.

That's probably the main reason I'm proud of my game logs. Coming up with something like the list at the bottom of this URL: http://hockeygoalies.org/bio/roy.html is the culmination of many many many hours of library work.

I've never come across a specific site dedicated to all box scores; however, there are some with limited options. If you enter certain phrases on a Google search, sometimes you'll get what you want.

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/hockey/nhl/2000/playoffs/index.html

http://flyershistory.net/ (Go to all-time lists, then click on game results; all regular season and PO box scores are posted).
