The following is a mock-up of what the divisional teams could look like icing a full roster for 5-on-5. (Feel free to swap out names where desired/change line combos).

Zibanajad is not the ranger you take from the forward group, it is trochek if you want a C and Laf if you want a wing

Atlantic has the best forwards, central has the best D. Dunno who would win but I am ready to watch a 4 week round robin best of 7 playoffs.

Thomas Harley robbed from team central

Probably not as a LD starter tho so I'll let it slide. That D is stacked

Forget that crappy "four nations cup", why can't we just have this?
I agree 100%! This way we’d actually get all the best players in one tourney instead of guys like Draisaitl, Josi, Kopitar, etc excluded..

And the teams I think all come out pretty crazy even.. really depends on what you value most to which you choose (ex: center depth/goaltending/defence/depth/etc)

Lol Harley. Parayko is actually getting robbed. Hintz at 2C over Robert Thomas is another laugher.
