Best Cloud Storage service.

So the title is pretty self explanatory. Does anyone here use a cloud storage, or have a recommendation on which one is the best? I was looking at amazon drive and for 5 bucks a month and they give you 1TB of storage. That seems to be the cheapest option.

Onedrive is the next cheapest followed by Google and Dropbox. I have around 200GB I'd like to put up there, so I would definitely have room to grow on a 1 TB plan. Suggestions?
