I think it's time to bring someone or a firm in to look at both sides proposal and come up with a third plan. The way I see it right now it's that both side won't look at the other side proposal.
My personal plan would be a combination of both plans. Put in a system for a "trial" run, 2 year season contract. If at the end of the 2 years it works, fine keep going. But after two years the system his not working, beaves and butthead better come up with a system. Not wait to do it during the HOCKEY SEASON.
