Even strength goals by line:

1st (FoWeSd)- 26
2nd (JeDuAt)- 17
3rd (CaKlAn)-16
4th (GaSeHa)- 21

Crazy #'s from the 4th line.

When you break it down that way, it really does highlight the success of the Sedlak line. I would have thought most of the goals attributed to members of that line would have been on PP, not ES.

The production by the Dubi line is surprisingly not that out of whack with the overall team production, in spite of concerns (legitimate) that Boone is mis-fit for style of plan and Dubi may have lost a little/lot. What may be at play is this Board's (mine too) perception that the Dubi line should be so much more productive, if only because of Cam.

It's the balance that makes this team so much better than the sum of its parts. No wonder I like seeing whomever is coming over the boards --- they all can score and fresher legs are a huge advantage.

...and here I was about to say "oh, c'mon, that's 'cause Gagner is a wizard on the PP", and then I saw "Even strength".

Can I lean on Hartnell as a replacement "well duh" excuse? ;)

15 of the 17 goals from the Dubi line belong to Atkinson. If his line mates were any good, he would be at 43 already.
