God I cannot imagine the PMs from certain people after the vote.

Having tabulated the vote last year and knowing how it went down... ugh definitely against it. Clearly the minority here though.

No one has ever got one from me after a vote. And I actually think having votes public will reduce the number of PM's. Why? Because people won't have the need to fish for answers. If you see who voted where, it ties a bow on the process. You can disagree all you want, but at least this way people can finally see that people aren't just voting for the same few over and over and over, which I've never thought has happened. Team building is an art and certain people are frankly better at it than others.

Much like a politician I have a pretty good sense of who is voting for or against me before the vote and I definitely spend more time fighting the people who expend energy talking down my time in the playoff threads but I always keep it in those threads.

But I've never sent or received a mean PM about the playoff process.
